How to View Organizational Charts in Workday

Login to Workday: https://www.myworkday.com/awe/d/home.htmld

In the top right search bar, type in ‘Org Chart’ amd select the Org Chart task from the results.

The Org Chart will default to your organization with options to select your supervisor and your supervisor’s supervisor in the top right corner.

Not what your looking for? Use the arrow to drill up (or down!)

Still not what you’re looking for? Looking for the Founding Dean of the Alice L. Walton School of Medicine? Easy enough! In the top search bar, enter the name Sharmila. Select Sharmila, Dean.

On Sharmila’s page, click the org chart symbol.

Once you click on the org chart symbol under Sharmila’s name, you see her org chart. You can drill down as far as you’d like to. Note, the Founding Dean’s supervisor and supervisor’s supervisor is listed above her name. Consistency!
