Restricted Application Access
Access to restricted applications will be granted by completing an IT request and gaining approval from the application approvers for each application.

IT reviews request and business justification with application approver.
Approval Granted - when approval is granted, IT will provide access to requested application with the approved permission level.
Approval Denied - requestor will be denied access and the request will be logged.
Additional Approvers - when the application contains sensitive data (FERPA, HIPPA, PII, etc.) additional approval is required from the data owner.
All access requests are logged and kept for auditing purposes.
