Intro to Web App

Create an account:

1. Go to https://awe.emscloudservice.com/web/

2. Click Sign In

See what is happening across campus:

1. Click Browse – Events

2. Select Daily List, Weekly List, or Monthly List

3. Select the date you would like to view

4. Click Add Filter to sort by a location (Crystal Bridges or the Momentary) or by a specific room (optional)

Browse for available space:

1. Click Browse – Locations

2. Select the date you would like to view

3. All existing bookings will show as blue blocks on the calendar. Thin blue blocks indicate set-up and tear-down times

4. Click Add Filter to sort by a specific room (optional)
