Start with the ‘Why?’ Collectively, we are lean teams driving best-in-class services, care and experiences. We believe that, through the use of foundational Artificial Intelligence (AI), we can gain improved productivity and enhanced communication to supplement our limited resources and capacity.

Where are we going? As an ecosystem we choose to progress from the “I want to use AI” sentiment to a tactical approach aimed at practically and sustainably solving business problems, while managing expectations

Anticipated Use Cases

Target market: Basic Administrative Tasks and Duties

  1. Improved productivity: Automating repetitive tasks, summarizing long emails, drafting suggested replies.

  2. Enhanced communication: Improve communication skills by providing feedback, suggestions, and tips. Also help draft emails and documents. 

  3. Better data analysis: Copilot can help users analyze and explore data by identifying trends, creating visualizations, and asking for recommendations. It can also help users simplify complex data interpretation in Excel. 

  4. Improved meeting management: Copilot can help users organize and summarize meetings in Teams. It can also help users catch up on meetings they missed.

  5. Better collaboration: Copilot can help users facilitate effective teamwork in Teams. 

  6. Security and compliance: Copilot shares the same security, compliance, and privacy policies as Microsoft 365. It also filters out sensitive data. 

  7. Intuitive user experience: Copilot adapts to individual user styles and preferences. 

  8. Personalized assistance: Copilot tailors suggestions based on user interaction history. 

IT Recommended Solution(s):

Microsoft CoPilot - full license

Requirement: To be issued a CoPilot full license, you must first:

  • Attend an Introduction to AI Basics session

  • Agree to provide feedback on experience via two surveys - one is to be completed pre-license, second is to be completed after three (3) months of solution use

  • Agree to let IT know via help ticket if/when the license is no longer planned for use

  • Agree to participate in an annual AI review, as time permits

Mid-Term Review

Two check-in points to be established for fully licensed Microsoft CoPilot users

  • Summer '25

  • Winter '25

Based on surveys, we will calculate progress

What Does Success Look Like?

Success looks like found time, better utilization of time, quality over quantity. Per 100 employees, it is estimated 120 hours could be saved by AI use in routine administrative tasks.
